“I’m responsible for the production and logistics department, which means leading a team of 70 people. What I love about my job is seeing people's strengths and helping them to fully develop these strengths. My goal is to work together to solve problems short-term and learn how to do better in the long term. If everyone is happy with the results, then that’s the icing on the cake.”
