You define the process vision and support the roadmap

Your key responsibilities include:

- You analyze and document existing workflows, identify improvements, and implement harmonized and standardized solutions that enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
- You lead SAP-related changes and upgrades (APO-DP, ePPDS, MM, PP-PI, SD, LES) and support the transition towards future SAP IBP solutions.
- You coordinate projects and change requests, from business case to testing and training, ensuring smooth implementation and user engagement.
- You monitor key process KPIs, detect bottlenecks, and take action to improve performance and data quality.
- You
collaborate closely with IT and key users, providing guidance, maintaining
up-to-date documentation, and sharing best practices.
In this role, you report to the functional excellence manager
and work closely with the global supply chain community to strengthen Oleon’s
planning capabilities and overall performance.
Who are we looking for?
You'll succeed if:
- You hold a master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field, and you have hands-on experience with planning and supply chain processes such as S&OP, forecasting, and production scheduling.
- You have proven experience working a functional or business consultant or analyst with SAP modules like APO-DP, ePPDS, MM, PP-PI, SD, or LES, and you understand how data and processes connect within ERP systems.
- You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French or Dutch is considered an advantage.
- You ideally bring additional assets such as knowledge of SAP IBP, an APICS CPIM or CSCP certification, or experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or project management in an international context.
- You combine analytical thinking and structure with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to continuously improve how things are done.
Next to your skills, it is your drive and motivation that will make all the difference!
