At Oleon, building strong and long-term partnerships with our most strategic customers is a key driver of sustainable growth. As GLOBAL STRATEGIC ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, you are responsible for defining and leading the global strategy for Oleon’s most important accounts while strengthening our customer intimacy approach across the organization.
You lead our team of global

strategic account plans, you translate customer insights, market dynamics, and
long-term partnership opportunities into clear commercial priorities and growth

In this role, you act as a central connector across regions, business units, and functions. You align commercial strategy with innovation, operations, and marketing to ensure that Oleon delivers consistent and value-driven solutions to its key customers worldwide.
You also provide leadership
and direction to global account teams, strengthening collaboration across
affiliates and supporting teams in complex customer environments and strategic
negotiations. As a coach and functional leader, you help elevate our global
strategic account management capabilities and foster a culture focused on
partnership, value creation, and long-term impact.
Through your leadership, you
ensure that Oleon continues to strengthen its position as a trusted strategic
partner for its most important global customers while accelerating sustainable
and profitable growth.
You also lead our global
team of inside sales representatives (15). This team manages Oleon’s D-accounts,
in an efficient and successful manner. You set out a clear pricing strategy for
these accounts and monitor the results. You also introduce product or market
campaigns to help this team in their prospection efforts. As coach you help
them to potentially grow into an account manager’s role.
Who are we looking for?
You'll succeed if:
-
You
hold a master’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related
field.
- You
have at least 10 years of experience in international B2B sales, strategic

chemical, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
- You
have proven experience managing global strategic accounts and developing
long-term partnerships with multinational customers.

demonstrate strong leadership and coaching capabilities, enabling you to
guide international and cross-functional teams towards shared objectives.

approach.
- You
are internationally minded, mobile, and willing to travel up to 30% of
