About this job
We are looking for a
You collaborate in managing the building blocks
portfolio, helping to ensure product quality, consistent performance, and high
standards across all products, while proactively addressing challenges.
You engage directly with customers, holding technical
discussions, monitoring performance, gathering insights, strengthening
relationships, and translating complex technical information into clear,
practical solutions.
You coordinate initiatives like ingredient reformulations
and process optimizations, working closely with production, R&D, and
process teams to overcome challenges and deliver measurable business impact.
You maintain brochures, flyers, and other communication
tools, ensuring they are accurate, relevant, and aligned with current market
trends.
You design and deliver engaging training sessions,
support onboarding, and make complex topics accessible and inspiring for
colleagues.
You manage key product data and specifications, keeping
all technical documentation accurate and up to date.
In this role, you report directly to the business manager.

We are looking for someone with a master’s degree,
preferably in chemistry, biochemistry, bioscience, ... Whether you have
previous experience in product management or are eager to develop both
commercial and technical skills, this is an exciting opportunity to make a

In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to
drive impactful results. You will excel at multitasking, confidently handling a
variety of responsibilities while balancing strategic thinking with practical
execution. Your natural communication skills will shine as you build lasting,
meaningful relationships. You will work with a diverse team to bring products
to the market, ensuring they meet customer needs and contribute to overall
business success. This position requires 15–20% travel, allowing you to connect
directly with customers and partners.
