About this job

We are looking for a

At Oleon, we are committed to building a sustainable future. As SUSTAINABLE PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR, you play a crucial role in supporting the due diligence process in line with the European Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and its compliance requirements. From the moment raw materials are purchased until the finished products reach our customers, you help ensure every step of the process is traceable, accurate, and transparent. Your work helps Oleon strengthen its responsible supply chain, secure customer trust, and contribute to sustainable growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the full EUDR process end to end, from purchase to delivery.
  • Ensure supplier documentation, legal databases, certification scheme platforms and internal systems are accurate and compliant.
  • Monitor and validate data across satellite monitoring, third-party IT systems, the EU TRACES platform, legal databases and relevant certification scheme platforms such as RSPO.
  • Resolve issues and requests with suppliers and customers, and support grievance management to help follow up and resolve compliance-related issues.
  • Guarantee compliance and traceability for every shipment.

Who are we looking for?

You'll succeed if:

  • You have experience or a strong affinity with supply chain, purchasing and responsible sourcing processes; experience with palm or soy is a plus.
  • You are confident with numbers and systems, and Excel and SAP hold no secrets for you.
  • You combine accuracy with efficiency: details matter, but so does progress.
  • You are a strong communicator who enjoys working across teams and building supplier relationships.
  • You bring energy, initiative, and a hands-on spirit. You don’t just follow the process, you drive it.
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Malaysian or Indonesian Bahasa is a plus.
  • You will report to the purchasing manager and report indirectly to the CSR Manager.
